We never DM first or ask for seeds. Anyone who does is not us.
Free XRPL wallet health check

Eyes on your wallet.
Hands off your keys.

Paste any public XRP Ledger address. We read the public ledger and explain what we see in plain English: your reserve, trust lines, security settings, and recent activity.

Only a public address is needed. Never enter a seed, secret, family seed (starts with “s”), or recovery words, here or anywhere else. The check runs in your browser and is read-only.

Scam Watch

The three scams we see most.

Illustrative examples, not real messages or real sites. If you see one, report it.

How to report a scam (xrpl.org) →
Example● High risk

Fake airdrop / “claim” site

“Snapshot complete! Claim your bonus XRP before it expires at xrp-claim-rewards[.]example. Connect wallet to verify.”
  • Urgency and a countdown timer
  • Asks you to connect, sign, or enter a seed to “verify”
  • Promises free tokens for nothing

Do this: close the tab. Real airdrops never need your seed or a signature to “unlock” them.

Example● High risk

Fake “support” DM asking for your seed

“Hi, I’m from wallet support. We noticed an issue with your account. Please send your secret key so we can restore access.”
  • They messaged you first
  • Asks for a seed, secret, or recovery words
  • Pushes you off-platform to “fix” it

Do this: don’t reply. No real support team will ever ask for your seed. That includes us.

Example● High risk

Lookalike “Xaman update” link

“Critical security update required. Download the new Xaman version at xaman-update[.]example and re-import your wallet.”
  • A lookalike domain, not the official app store
  • Asks you to “re-import” with your recovery words
  • Arrives by DM, email, or a sponsored post

Do this: update apps only through the official App Store or Google Play. Never re-enter your secret on a website.

XRPL Explained

Four things every holder should know.

The nuts and bolts behind the health check, in under a minute each.

Read the official docs at xrpl.org →

Reserves

Every account must hold a small amount of XRP that it can’t send: a base reserve, plus a bit more for each object it owns (trust lines, offers, and so on). Remove objects you don’t need to free that XRP back up.

Current: base 1 XRP + 0.2 XRP per object

Trust lines

To hold a token, you opt in with a trust line to its issuer. Each line counts toward your reserve. A line you didn’t add yourself, or a token you don’t recognize, is a reason to slow down. Don’t interact with it.

Tip: zero-balance lines can be removed

Destination tags

Exchanges often share one address for many customers. The destination tag tells them which account is yours. Forget it, and your deposit can get stuck while support sorts it out. Always copy both.

Flag: RequireDestTag

Regular keys & multisig

An account can authorize a second “regular” key, or a list of co-signers, to sign for it. These are powerful security tools. If one appears that you didn’t set up, someone else may be able to move your funds.
